Accessibility

Short version: we build to WCAG 2.2 level AA as our target, on this site and on the sites we make for clients, and this site substantially conforms to it. One known exception is described below. If something here does not work for you, email us and we will fix it rather than explain it away.

What that means in practice

• Every headline and price on this site is real text, never a picture of text, so a screen reader and a translator can both read it.
• Primary body copy never goes below 16px; short legal and consent footnotes sit at 12px, always with full-contrast color. Buttons and controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• Keyboard focus is always visible, as an accent outline you cannot miss, and every interactive thing is reachable in order with the Tab key.
• Nothing important is carried by color alone.
• We do not trap your scroll or block you from moving past a section. The home page’s opening animates as you scroll through it, and every wheel, swipe or key press still moves the page. Nothing autoplays with sound.
• If your system asks for reduced motion, every animation on this site becomes a still composition — the same content, no movement, nothing hidden.

Where we know we fall short

The before-and-after comparison on the work page is a visual story first. Every chapter of it is real text in the page, readable in order without the animation, but the visual comparison itself is easier to follow with sight than without. On wide screens the chapters you are not reading yet are faded on purpose, below the contrast we hold everywhere else; if your device asks for more contrast, they show at full strength. We would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise.

We test with a keyboard, with a screen reader and at 200% zoom. We do not yet run a formal third-party audit. When we do, the result will be published here whatever it says.

The sites we build

The same standard applies to client work. Accessibility is not an upgrade on the pricing page, because a site people cannot use is not finished.

Email support@trellivo.app with the page and what happened, in whatever words are easiest. You do not need to know the technical term for it. We will reply within two business days and tell you what we are doing about it and when.
