Terms of service

Short version: plans are month-to-month and you can stop at the end of any month. Builds are half to start and half at launch, and the finished site is yours. Nobody can guarantee search rankings, and we do not.

Who we are

Trellivo is operated by Cornerstone BC, Inc. d/b/a Trellivo, a Texas corporation. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive Suite 100, Austin TX 78731.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to bind the business you represent.

What we sell

Monthly plans from $99 to $599 a month, one-off website builds from $500 to $5,000, and an add-on for Search & AI Visibility. What each one includes is described on the pricing pages of this site, and those descriptions are part of these terms.

Plans, billing and cancelling

Plans bill monthly in advance and run month-to-month. We invoice you directly each billing period; accepted payment methods include Stripe and other methods we agree on with you directly. Cancel before your next billing date and the plan ends at the end of the paid month. We do not pro-rate part-months.

There is exactly one agreement longer than a month on this site: the optional 12-month agreement that pays for a free website on the Complete plan at $599/mo. You will have that agreement in writing, and the terms for ending it early are in it, before you sign anything.

Where we are required to collect them, applicable taxes are added to invoices. For Hawaiʻi clients this may include a visible pass-on of Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax, at no more than the maximum pass-on rate the Hawaiʻi Department of Taxation allows (currently 4.712% on Oʻahu); we will tell you before it appears on an invoice. Texas sales tax applies where the law requires it. Prices on this site are shown before tax.

Text messaging limits

Each plan includes a monthly text message allowance. The baseline is 100 messages per month; higher-tier plans may include more, as shown on the pricing page. Messages beyond your allowance are billed at the overage rate stated in your plan details.

There is no “unlimited” texting. We enforce this ceiling to prevent abuse, comply with carrier policies, and keep the service sustainable for everyone.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before texting anyone through the platform. That means: a real reason to contact them (they called you, filled out your form, or otherwise asked to hear from you), and compliance with the TCPA and carrier rules. If you text Texas consumers, you are also responsible for Texas Business & Commerce Code chapters 302 through 305, including the Texas No-Call list and, for solicitations that are not consent-based, registration with the Texas Secretary of State. The system honors STOP automatically, and you may not override it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content on your site and the messages you send. Do not use the platform for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or anything that would get a reasonable person’s number blocked.

Builds

Build prices are set by page count and level of polish, as shown in the configurator. Half is due to start and half at launch.

A build includes the revision rounds described for its level of polish. Further changes are quoted before any work happens, never invoiced afterwards.

We need your content, images and access to your domain to finish. If those do not arrive, the timeline moves; we will tell you rather than let a date slide quietly.

Who owns what

You own your content, your brand, your domain and the finished website once it is paid for in full. If the site came free with Complete, you own it too.

We keep the tooling, components and internal templates we used to build it, and we may use the same tooling for other clients. We do not reuse your copy, your images or your brand.

While we build, you give us permission to use your logo and materials for that purpose. We may show the finished site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

Service levels

We aim for high availability but do not offer formal SLA credits. The platform depends on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Twilio) and their uptime affects ours. We will communicate outages honestly and work to resolve them quickly.

What we do not promise

No agency can guarantee a search position, a number of leads, or a return on advertising spend, and anyone who does is guessing. We promise the work described and the timelines we agree, not an outcome the market controls.

Third-party platforms change their rules and their prices without asking us. When that affects your service we will tell you and adjust honestly.

Liability

If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the problem. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the relationship

Month-to-month plans: Cancel at any time. Service ends at the end of your current billing period.

12-month agreement: Cancel at any time with 60 days notice. You pay for those two months, then you’re done — no penalties, no remaining-balance math.

What you keep: Your website, your domain, your DNS records, and all account credentials. We hand them over rather than hold them hostage.

CRM data: Your lead and client data stays accessible for 60 days after cancellation. You can request a full export during that window. After 60 days, data is deleted.

We can end a plan with 30 days’ notice, and we will help you move your site and data somewhere else.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Travis County, Texas.
