Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you send us so we can reply to you. Our website measures traffic without cookies and without identifying you. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising pixels.

Who we are

Trellivo is operated by Cornerstone BC, Inc. d/b/a Trellivo, a Texas corporation. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Drive Suite 100, Austin TX 78731. For privacy questions, email support@trellivo.app.

What we collect

Three things:

• What you send us. If you fill in the form on this site, we get your name, your phone number if you give one, your email address and your message. If you email us, we get whatever is in the email.
• What the website measures. Our own page-view counter records the page you viewed, the site that referred you (its address only) and whether you were on a phone, tablet or desktop. Your IP address is used to build a visit key that rotates daily and is not itself stored. Vercel Speed Insights separately reports how fast pages load. Neither sets a cookie, builds a profile or can follow you to another site.
• What a client’s own system holds. If we run a customer system for a business, the leads and messages in it belong to that business, not to us. We are the operator, they are the owner, and their own privacy notice governs it.

How we use it

To reply to you, to answer your question, to give you a price, and to run the service you have asked for. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. We send transactional email (confirmations, account and billing notices) through Resend. If we ever send marketing email, it will carry our postal address and a one-click unsubscribe.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you call or text a business using Trellivo, or submit a form with your mobile number, you may receive text messages about your service request — for example, a reply when the business misses your call, appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes, and follow-ups on work you asked about.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Msg & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance or contact us at support@trellivo.app.

We do not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for vendors that help us deliver messages (our messaging platform provider, Twilio), and only for that purpose.

Who else sees it

The companies that make the service work. We use them only to deliver the service, and they are not allowed to use your information for anything else.

Service providers

• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics
• Supabase — database hosting (AWS us-east-1)
• Twilio — SMS and voice messaging
• Resend — transactional email
• Clerk — authentication for business owners (not end consumers)
• Stripe — payment processing for business owners (not end consumers)
• Sentry — error monitoring (PII scrubbed before send)
• Slack — internal notifications (lead summaries only, not full message bodies)

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks. There is no scenario in which your inquiry becomes someone else’s marketing list.

We will hand over information if the law genuinely requires it, and we will tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies for tracking or advertising. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising network and no cross-site tracking, which is why there is no cookie banner to click. If that ever changes we will say so here first, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

Do Not Track: this site does not track you across other sites, so a Do Not Track signal changes nothing about what we collect. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where they apply.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay while we are talking and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. For businesses using our platform, lead and message data is retained while the account is active and for 60 days after cancellation to allow export. Consent records (proof you opted in to texts) are retained for four years after the last message, as required for TCPA compliance.

Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a transaction.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop. Email us and we will act, normally within a few days and always within the time the law allows.

If you are in California: Trellivo is below the thresholds at which the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, but we honor these requests from California residents anyway: to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never treat you differently for exercising a right.

If you are in Texas: Trellivo is a small business under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, so that law does not apply to us; we honor access, correction, deletion and portability requests from Texas residents as a matter of policy, and we do not sell sensitive personal data. If your state has a comprehensive privacy law: we honor the same requests from you, whether or not that law reaches a business of our size.

Outside the United States: this service is offered in the United States only. If you write to us from elsewhere, we answer your inquiry and keep nothing beyond it.

Security

Everything travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the database is limited to the people who need it. Secrets are stored in platform environment variables, not in code. We monitor for errors and rate-limit public endpoints.

No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly and tell you what we are doing about it.

Children

This is a service sold to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of the page. Material changes get a plain-English note next to it, not a silent edit.
