Is $599 a month cheaper than paying once?

Over one year, no; over three, usually. A standard $2,500–$7,500 build plus maintenance at $50–$200/mo costs less in year one than $599/mo. What the one-off does not buy is the thing that answers the lead: missed-call text-back, a pipeline, follow-up. Priced on their own those are $297–$497/mo. Complete is $599/mo for both, with the site built free.

Why is the website free with Complete?

Because the plan is the business, not the build. The site is worth $500 and the setup is waived, and both are covered by an optional 12-month agreement at $599/mo — $7,188, plus Hawaiʻi's General Excise Tax of 4.712%. Without that agreement the site is a normal paid build and the plan stays month-to-month.

What if I already have a website?

Then you do not need a build. Care at $149/mo keeps the site you have alive. Insight at $99/mo just tells you whether it is working. And if the real problem is missed calls rather than the site, start at CRM Core, $297/mo.
