These plans stand alone. We do not need to have built your site — Care takes over hosting of a site you already own, and the takeover happens during onboarding. Insight, CRM Core and CRM Pro do not touch your website at all; they sit alongside whatever you already run.
None of these plans carry a one-time setup fee.

What is the difference between CRM Core and CRM Pro?
CRM Core at $297/mo is what stops missed calls: missed-call text-back, a pipeline that shows every lead, calendar and booking, and two-way messaging in one inbox. CRM Pro at $497/mo adds AI follow-up sequences that keep texting a lead who has gone quiet, plus deeper automation. If you do your own follow-up, Core is enough. If leads go cold because nobody chases them, Pro is the one.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Every plan on this page is month-to-month and you can stop at the end of any month. The one exception is the free website on Complete: taking the site for free carries an optional 12-month agreement ($599 × 12 = $7,188, plus Hawaiʻi's General Excise Tax of 4.712%). Without that agreement the site is a paid build and the plan stays month-to-month.
What does Care actually include each month?
Hosting, SSL, security monitoring, backups, platform and plugin updates, analytics, and 3–4 content edits a month — you email the change, we make it. $149/mo. Across the market, ongoing maintenance runs $50–$200/mo.
Which plan should I start on?
Start where the pain is. No website yet: Complete at $599/mo, with the site built free. A site nobody maintains: Care at $149/mo. Missing calls: CRM Core at $297/mo. Leads going cold: CRM Pro at $497/mo. You only want to know whether your existing site works: Insight at $99/mo. You can move up or down any month.
What do the add-ons cost?
Search & AI Visibility is $149/mo on its own, or $249/mo bundled with Care — saves ~$50/mo. It is ongoing SEO, local search management and AI-assistant discoverability, with a monthly report, and it can sit on top of any plan on this page.
